Avocado Dip Recipe

Prep Time:  3 minutes
Yield:  1 Cup


  • 1 large peeled and pitted avocado
  • 2/3 cup plain yogurt or hummus
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Tablespoon of lemon or lime juice
  • sea salt and black pepper


  • Mash avocado with a fork until very smooth.
  • Mix in remaining ingredients until smooth.
  • Serve.

Note:  Best served within an hour of making.
