Prep Time: 3 minutes
Yield: 1 Cup
- 1 large peeled and pitted avocado
- 2/3 cup plain yogurt or hummus
- 1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Tablespoon of lemon or lime juice
- sea salt and black pepper
- Mash avocado with a fork until very smooth.
- Mix in remaining ingredients until smooth.
Note: Best served within an hour of making.
