Ginger Tea Recipe

Prep Time:  5 minutes


  • 1 inch of fresh grated ginger
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 Tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1-2 Tbsp raw honey
  • Optional:  Pinch of cayenne


  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a pot and add grated ginger.
  2. Cover the pot and let steep for 10-20 minutes.
  3. Strain out the ginger and add the lemon and honey to taste.
  4. To add more heat/healing properties add cayenne.
  5. Sip and enjoy!
