Prep Time: 5 minutes
- 1 inch of fresh grated ginger
- 3 cups of water
- 1 Tbsp of lemon juice
- 1-2 Tbsp raw honey
- Optional: Pinch of cayenne
- Boil 2 cups of water in a pot and add grated ginger.
- Cover the pot and let steep for 10-20 minutes.
- Strain out the ginger and add the lemon and honey to taste.
- To add more heat/healing properties add cayenne.
- Sip and enjoy!
