Prep Time: 5 minutes Ingredients 1 inch of fresh grated ginger 3 cups of water 1 Tbsp of lemon juice 1-2 Tbsp raw honey Optional: Pinch of cayenne Directions Boil 2 cups of water in a pot and add grated ginger. Cover the pot and let steep for 10-20 minutes. Strain out the ginger and add the lemon and honey to taste. To add more heat/healing properties add cayenne. Sip and enjoy! Like this:Like Loading...
